Off to start our summer travels!

| Noticed this when making a last minute purchase in BKK. Thailand still surprises me everyday. |

| Made it to KL! Brandon found our way through a thicket of hawkers and city walkers. |
We managed to choose what was probably the crappiest hostel in the whole city to retire for the evening. This wasn't purposeful, we were just super tired and took one of the first offers. The place was more than a bit grubby; we fell asleep with the lights on for fear of cockroaches running over us in the night.

| Pictured above is Brandon valiantly taping up holes in the ceiling to keep creepies out. I later mentioned that doing this could have also sealed off primary exits for any creepies that already happen to be in the room. In any case, we survived! |
