Kate, Brandon and I decided to move to a city in southern Isan named Surin to stake our new teaching claim. The school's name is Anubarnsurin and is one of the best primary schools in Thailand.

There are lots of murky and stagnant bodies of water that are gated-off around town. Apparently the remnants of some kind of moat, but really just great mosquito breeding grounds. |
